Disclaimer

1. Due to the nature of the sport, the student(s) and their parents/guardian acknowledge that there are risk involved. Student(s) and parents/guardians agree to the indemnify Climb Up coaches and facilitators of any injures/death sustained during the course of lesson.
2. It is compulsory for all students to wear protective gears during the course of lesson. Protective gears consists of harness, climbing shoes and helmet(Optional). Climb Up and its coaches reserves the rights to cancel any lessons due to the lack of above mentioned protective gears.
3. Students must acknowledge they are of sound physical condition to participate in lessons. Climb Up coaches and facilitators will not be held responsible for any aggravation of physical conditions.
4. All postponements or cancellation of lessons must be made 1 day in advance. Failure to give advance notice will result in forfeiture of lessons.
5. Climb Up will not be held responsible for cancellation of lessons due to weather or any other acts of nature of nature circumstances of any kind.
6. Climb Up will endeavour to arrange make-up lessons with affected students. Timings for lessons are subjected to available time-slots.
